HOTEL:
Reservations can be made by paying 100% of the rent for the 1st day and 50% for subsequent
days. In case the guest wishes to deposit entire amount in advance, it
shall be accepted. 10% Luxury tax applicable extra on room rent. Reservations
can also be made On-line
through Credit Card.
Check in / out time - 12 noon. In case the reservation is for dates beyond
March 31 next, revised tariff will be applicable.
CANCELLATION / REFUND:
1. Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to
the concerned Marketing Office or Unit from where the reservation was obtained
along with original reservation vouchers.
2. In case request for cancellation of reservation is
received before 7 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check in,
80% of the advance will be refunded. If the request for cancellation of
reservation is received between 4 to 6 days, 50% of advance taken will be
refunded. No
refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before
the date of arrival.
3. In case of request for partial cancellation
i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7
clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received
on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from
the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 4 to 6 days before,
50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the
cancellation intimation is received less than 4 days before the date of arrival.
4. In case of premature departure, 50% of advance
paid for the days not availed will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION / REFUND OF ONLINE
RESERVATIONS
In case of request for
cancellation / refund for reservations made through Online Payment Gateway please send an
e-mail request to shimla@hptdc.in with full
reservation details. In such cases the charge will be reversed on the credit card as
per refund rules mentioned above. All payment related queries for online
reservations can be sent at the mentioned e-mail address
TRANSPORT: Reservation can be made by paying 100% advance.
Cancellation/Refund
1. No Refund: Less than 12 hrs. before
departure.
2. 50% Refund: 24-12 hrs. before departure.
3. 75%Refund: More than 24 hours before departure.
4. The Reservation Ticket is issued
subject to availability of Luxury / Mini / Deluxe Coach, weather & road
conditions permitting traffic movability and availability of seats / vehicles to the
passengers already booked / reservation made prior to the issue of reservation ticket.
5. Reservation once made will not be cancelled
in ordinary / normal circumstances.
